ROOMS & RENTALS
Party Rooms
Room Rentals are required to bring outside food into the facility and are based on availability. We do not guarantee Party Room availability.
Please email Crystal at cmonzella@webercountyutah.gov to inquire about the next available date and to plan your party. You may also reserve Open Skate for your party attendees by emailing Crystal. Please include number of party attendees, specifying how many will be skating to complete your reservation. Pre-Payment required to confirm Room and Open Skate reservation.
We currently have two Party Rooms available to rent by the hour for parties:

Penalty Box party room in our lobby seats an est. 45 guests and has a small serving area. The cost is $55.00 per hour. The rental fee does not include paper products or decorations. We are currently booking room rentals one month out.

The upstairs VIP Room is $120.00 an hour and has limited availability due to events on the Olympic Rink.

Parties on Open Skate: Open Skate is now by reservation only for up to 280 skaters. To make a reservation for your skating party please email Crystal: cmonzella@webercountyutah.gov
Private Ice Rental
Ice for Private Rentals based on availability. The WCSC does not guarantee Private Rental availability.

Private Rentals for the purpose of “Skate Parties” available based on league and daily business availability and may not be accommodated during Hockey Season (September – April).
To make a reservation for your party on Open Skate (and book a party room to serve food) year-round please contact Office Manager, Crystal Monzella: cmonzella@webercountyutah.gov

“Hockey” private rentals for non-WCSC current contract holders only available to USA Hockey sanctioned programs that are member organizations in good standing through UAHA, Professional Tournament Companies operating USA Hockey, ISI or AAU sanctioned tournaments and Professional Hockey Schools meeting the minimum requirements for insurance and sanctions, in good standing with USA Hockey and Hockey Canada and meeting the requirements for providing a service to Weber County and area players not being met by current contract holders.
